( – Former president Donald Trump’s future daughter-in-law, Kimberly Guilfoyle, is ramping up her defense of the former chief executive in the face of reports that Trump has said that he would act like a dictator if he gets a second stint at the White House.

Guilfoyle, who is engaged to Donald Trump Jr., said that her future father-in-law was all about “restoring integrity” and is some who “respects the law” she also said that Trump would ensure that no political hacks would secure positions in government and would restore trust in government institutions.

She has also maintained that there is true support behind Trump’s continued strong showing in the polls – the former chief executive is still way ahead of his competition for the Republican presidential primary. Poll aggregator FiveThirtyEight has Trump leading the Republican presidential hopefuls with 61.7%. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is a far second with his 12.2%, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. and former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley with 11.3%, and biotech billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy, with 4.5%.

“The American people are motivated to send President Trump back to the White House,” Guilfoyle said in a tweet, adding that Trump’s focus on a “secure border, world peace, and a booming economy” make voters naturally gravitate towards him.
“We’re taking our country back,” she said.

The comments were in response to reports that Trump would – in the same way he claims that the Biden administration is “weaponizing the law” against him – strike back at his political opponents if he is elected president again.

The television news anchor and lawyer has also slammed the Republican National Committee for failing to endorse Trump ahead of the primary. She called the RNC part of the “fake Republicans (and) RINOs (Republican in name only).”
“They suck!” she added, also calling Republicans who refused to support Trump “traitorous”, “disloyal” and “unqualified.”
“We’re not gonna reward them… I’ve had enough with all those people,” she said.
