(TheConservativeTimes.org) – Exposing the deadly consequences of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ open border policies, a Mexican illegal committed a horrific murder in Georgia.

24-year-old Angel DeJesus Rivera-Sanchez has been charged with the kidnapping and murder of 25-year-old fitness influencer Minelys Rodriguez-Ramirez.

On October 22, 2024, Rodriguez-Ramirez, a Puerto Rican-born mother and TikTok influencer, disappeared after visiting a Walmart in Cornelia, Georgia.

The victim was identified by her distinctive tattoos after her remains were discovered near the store following an extensive search involving the FBI and K-9 units.

Rivera-Sanchez was arrested on October 28 near a bus station in Atlanta, which suggests he possibly attempted to flee.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed his illegal status through fingerprints and documents, exposing yet another failure of the immigration system.

Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell stated, “They have verified it through fingerprints and documents and different things, but they have come out and said that he is illegal.”

This tragic incident has sparked outrage among conservative lawmakers who have long warned about the dangers of unchecked illegal immigration.

State Senator John Albers voiced his frustration, asking, “How many more lives must be lost due to the open-border policies in Washington, D.C.?”

The circumstances surrounding Rodriguez-Ramirez’s death are particularly chilling.

She was last heard from on the night of her disappearance when she visited Walmart to exchange a photograph with someone she barely knew.

Her fiancĂ© Julio Tovor received an unusual and concerning text message that night, raising immediate red flags. “It didn’t make sense. She doesn’t talk like that,” Tovor reported.

Rodriguez-Ramirez leaves behind a 9-year-old daughter and a community devastated by her loss. She had moved to the United States six years ago in search of better opportunities.

As the investigation continues, authorities expect to bring additional charges against Rivera-Sanchez.

He is currently held without bond at the Habersham County Jail, and his bond hearing is scheduled for November 20.

Once the investigation is complete, the case will be turned over to the Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
