Man Arrested After Invading Jewish Family’s Home

( – On October 25, a man was arrested in Los Angeles after he broke into a Jewish family’s home. As he was apprehended, he supposedly screamed, “Free Palestine.”

The intruder’s name was Daniel Garcia. He allegedly forced his way into a home on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at around 5 a.m. Wearing only a pair of underwear, Garcia broke into the house and attempted to kick in a door that was held close by the homeowner, who called the LA Police Department.

Police officials said they were in contact with the homeowner at about 5:25 a.m. The home occupant told 911 operators there was a man who had broken into their house. The parents had taken their four children and had barricaded themselves into a room.

The owner made a second call to the police and said the trespasser had begun intimidating the family. The man yelled that he didn’t like them because they were Israeli and he was going to murder them. The invader allegedly cried out and said, “Kill Jews” and “Free Palestine.” In the end, the family was rattled but not physically injured.

The Mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, has ordered the LA Police to make sure the intruder is held accountable for his reprehensible crimes. Bass said the trespasser’s hateful offenses are not welcome in Los Angeles. “Hatred spilling across the threshold” is damaging the Jewish residents’ feelings of “safety and sanctuary” in their own homes. Bass continued. She said there is a growing fear among these families, especially after the barbarities that have taken place in the Middle East on October 7th. She said the Jewish people must receive assistance. Los Angeles residents will not back down in fear due to hate, Bass said. They will run counter to it.

On October 8th, Karen Bass attended a vigil for those who died in the Hamas terror attacks on October 7, 2023.
