(TheConservativeTimes.org) – Exposing the dangers of the Biden-Harris open border policies, a Venezuelan illegal with ties to a dangerous gang viciously attacked a Manhattan District Attorney’s prosecutor.

Watch a video of the criminal down below.

The suspect had repeatedly slipped through the cracks of New York City’s gentle criminal justice system.

He now faces multiple charges in a case that highlights the urgent need for stricter border control and immigration enforcement.

Venezuelan illegal Brandon Simosa was arrested for robbing a prosecutor working for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Bragg’s office has faced criticism for its soft-on-crime approach. Bragg is widely known for his controversial prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. near 44th Street and Ninth Avenue when the victim caught Simosa masturbating in her apartment building’s hallway.

What makes this case particularly alarming is Simosa’s connection to the Tren de Aragua gang, a violent Venezuelan prison gang that has been expanding its criminal activities in the United States.

The details of the attack are disturbing. After the prosecutor confronted him, Simosa stole her phone, which was later traced to a migrant shelter.

The suspect now faces a slew of charges, including sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Perhaps most infuriating is Simosa’s history of arrests and the failure of the system to address his repeated offenses.

Since illegally entering the United States in October 2023, Simosa has racked up six arrests in just five months.

His crimes range from thefts to assaults across Queens and Manhattan, including a recent charge of grand larceny for a robbery at a Times Square CVS store.

Despite this alarming pattern of criminal behavior, Simosa’s immigration removal proceedings were dismissed, leaving him without any pending deportation measures.

This decision and New York City’s sanctuary policies have effectively given career criminals like Simosa free rein to prey on innocent residents.

Simosa was arrested at a former hotel turned migrant shelter known as The Row, which has been identified as a hotspot for Tren de Aragua gang activity.
