El Paso police told local media that the incident happened in the morning in the Lower Valley. A video shows what happened after the incident as customs and El Paso Police apprehended the smuggler.
According to a report, four automobiles were involved in the collision, and three other individuals were hurt. A police official said the victims who were taken to hospitals had non-life-threatening injuries.
