Three teens have been charged with capital murder after fatally shooting Jamie White when he attempted to protect his vehicle from theft, highlighting the deadly consequences of rampant crime in Democrat-run cities.

Rodney Charles Hill, 17, was arrested along with two unnamed 15-year-olds, joining previously arrested Eloy Camarillo, 17, as co-conspirators in the senseless killing.

The murder occurred when White confronted the teens who were attempting to steal his Kia Soul.

Surveillance footage showed the reporter approached the criminals with a bat to defend his property, only to be shot dead by Hill.

Detectives recovered an expandable baton, a spent 9mm cartridge case, and damning evidence that included audio recordings of Hill actually rapping about the murder he committed.

Investigators believe White was not specifically targeted for his employment at the conservative media outlet Infowars, but was simply a victim of the out-of-control crime plaguing Austin.

The suspects had used another stolen Kia Soul to commit the crime and later abandoned it, showing a pattern of criminal behavior that ultimately escalated to murder.

Austin Police Department detectives have video evidence showing the same suspects attempting another vehicle theft that was only thwarted because the owner had installed a steering wheel lock.

This underscores the growing problem of brazen theft in the Texas capital, where citizens increasingly feel they must take measures to protect themselves from criminals emboldened by soft-on-crime policies.

Detective Jason Jones from the Austin Police Department advised against confronting armed suspects, emphasizing that property is not worth losing your life over.

“If you see that your car is getting burglarized or stolen, please just call 911,” Jones stated.

Vehicle burglaries and shootings during such crimes have become a significant issue in Austin, a city that has struggled with proper police funding and support in recent years.

The tragic death of White represents the ultimate consequence of policies that have prioritized criminals over victims and failed to maintain law and order.

All four suspects have been charged with capital murder as co-conspirators.

However, it remains to be seen whether they will face appropriate justice in a system that often shows leniency toward juvenile offenders regardless of the severity of their crimes.

Meanwhile, the family of Jamie White continues to mourn the loss of a man who simply tried to protect what was rightfully his.
