The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have issued a dire warning concerning an “elevated threat” level following two recent violent attacks on vulnerable communities in the US.
While federal agencies scramble to address the crisis, antisemitic attacks continue to surge at alarming rates, with perpetrators openly expressing anti-Israel sentiments.
The FBI and DHS released a public service announcement warning of an “elevated threat” to Jewish and Israeli communities after two recent violent attacks.
The message comes after a Molotov cocktail assault at a pro-hostage rally in Boulder, Colorado, and the killing of two Israeli Embassy staff members in Washington, D.C.
Both federal agencies directly linked these threats to the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, highlighting how foreign terrorist influences and domestic extremists are targeting Jewish Americans.

According to the announcement, “The ongoing Israel-HAMAS conflict may motivate other violent extremists and hate crime perpetrators with similar grievances to conduct violence against Jewish and Israeli communities and their supporters.”
Alarmingly, suspects in both recent attacks expressed anti-Israel sentiments, with reports indicating they chanted “free Palestine” during their violent assaults.
Mohamed Soliman, the suspect in the Boulder attack, now faces multiple charges including attempted murder and hate crimes.
He remains jailed on a massive $10 million cash bond, as both federal and Colorado authorities pursue prosecution.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has documented a staggering rise in antisemitic incidents, with a record high 9,354 incidents reported in 2024 alone, representing the most significant surge since the organization began tracking such data.
This dramatic increase began following Hamas’ October 7, 2023, terrorist attack on Israel.
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt did not mince words about the crisis:
“It’s way past time for our political leaders, community groups, media outlets, tech platforms, faith leaders to take action before more Jewish blood is spilled. And it’s way past time to stop excusing antisemitic rhetoric.”
The federal warning also noted that “Foreign terrorist organizations also may try to exploit narratives related to the conflict to inspire attacks in the United States.”
This underscores concerns about open-border policies that have allowed millions of illegal aliens into the country during the Biden administration.
While Jewish institutions enhance security measures, many patriotic Americans are questioning why the government has allowed antisemitism to flourish on college campuses and in progressive movements.
The Trump administration has pointed to these attacks as justification for tougher immigration policies and greater support for Israel.
The public service announcement concludes with a call for vigilance: “The FBI and DHS, therefore, urge the public to remain vigilant and to report any threats of violence or suspicious activity to law enforcement.”
As challenges grow, defensive strategies and community solidarity become more critical. Vigilance, security enhancements, and unity in participation are key.
It is a reminder that protecting freedom and security demands commitment from authorities and every citizen who values the American spirit.
