Kamala Harris’ attempt to revive her political career after an abysmal run in the White House and a failed presidential campaign has suffered a massive blow.
California Sheriff Chad Bianco slammed the Democrat for her “embarrassing” attempt to blame President Donald Trump for the violent anti-ICE riots ravaging Los Angeles.
While rioters attacked police and set cars ablaze, Harris characterized the chaos as “overwhelmingly peaceful.”
She even went as far as to criticize the president’s decisive action to restore order in the Democrat-run city.
Bianco did not mince words when responding to Harris’ claims that President Trump was responsible for the mayhem in LA’s streets.
The sheriff took to social media to set the record straight, pointing out the absurdity of blaming the president for violence perpetrated by left-wing agitators.
“President Trump didn’t start these riots. He’s not out there lighting cars on fire, hurling projectiles at law enforcement or blocking freeways,” wrote Sheriff Bianco.
“This statement is an embarrassment and does nothing to diffuse the violent riots taking place across the city.”
The sheriff accused Harris, California Governor Gavin Newsom, and LA Mayor Karen Bass of deliberately misleading the American public about the true nature of the protests.
“Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, Karen Bass and the Democrats want you to think this is a ‘peaceful protest,'” Bianco stated, calling out their blatant gaslighting of the American people.
While Democrat leaders downplayed the violence, President Trump took decisive action by deploying 2,000 National Guard troops to restore order and placed an additional 500 Marines on standby.
Harris immediately condemned this move as a “dangerous escalation” rather than acknowledging it as a necessary step to protect lives and property.
The anti-ICE protesters have engaged in increasingly violent behavior, throwing rocks at law enforcement officers and setting vehicles on fire.
The situation grew so dire that the LAPD declared downtown Los Angeles an unlawful assembly area.
Still, Harris continues to characterize these riots as “overwhelmingly peaceful” demonstrations.
In a stunning display of political finger-pointing, Newsom claimed, “We didn’t have a problem until Trump got involved.”
This statement flies in the face of reality, as video evidence clearly shows violent mobs terrorizing LA streets well before federal intervention.
President Trump has demanded apologies from both Newsom and Bass, labeling the rioters as “troublemakers and insurrectionists.”
He issued a direct order to “liberate Los Angeles” from illegal aliens and the chaos they have helped create in the sanctuary city.
In response, Newsom has threatened to sue the administration over the National Guard deployment, claiming it violates state sovereignty.
Bianco’s criticism highlights the growing frustration among law enforcement officials with Democrat leadership that seems more concerned with protecting their political narrative than protecting their communities.
While President Trump works to restore order and protect American citizens, Harris and her allies seem determined to exploit the chaos for political gain, regardless of the cost to public safety.
