The Spiral Skyscraper Lands Five New Tenants to Lift Occupancy Above 80%

(TheConservativeTimes.org) – The Spiral, a skyscraper that has wowed the public with its intense design, has been an attractive destination for many companies. This has been a hot topic as Pfizer stated that they’d be moving into the building, located in New York, for its headquarters.

The building has gained five more deals which totaled almost one hundred and thirty thousand square feet now making the building over eighty percent leased. Two of these agreements are made by unidentified investment management firms that will sign for a total of ninety thousand square feet, with one in Manhattan West and the other from Related’s Hudson Yards complex.

XR Extreme Reach, a global tech firm that is said to move in, took over thirteen thousand square feet and Fifth Wall, an asset manager, is taking over six thousand square feet in the Spiral. Asset manager Marshall Wallace took almost eighty thousand square feet just last summer when he moved into the building as well.

The building is near Hudson Boulevard and Tenth Avenue and is stocked with their ZO Clubhouse amenities. It has brought in HSBC, Debevoise & Plimpton, and Alliance Bernstein as just a few of the tenants.

There is a major ground floor of restaurants that are supposed to be in the works and open by 2025. Llama San and Llama Inn will have a Peruvian-Japanese restaurant, and two new concepts from Michelin-star chef Gabriel Kreuther will be joining The Spiral.
