(TheConservativeTimes.org) – The former President of the United States, Donald Trump, won against his main opponent Nikki Haley in South Carolina, which is Nikki Haley’s home state.
This marks Trump’s fourth consecutive victory winning by a 20-point margin. He celebrated his win by focusing only on the November election and not mentioning Nikki Haley at all in his speeches, but rather mentioning Joe Biden as Donal Trump may very well be face-to-face with Biden for a second time.
Trump established Biden as his main adversary, saying, “We’re going to look Joe Biden right in the eye – He’s destroying our country – and we’re going to say ‘get out Joe, you’re fired’.”
Many people were surprised that Donald Trump did not mention Haley since before this, during their New Hampshire primary, he had a speech following his victory that called out Nikki Haley for giving a speech as if she won the election.
Despite Donald Trump’s victories, Nikki Haley has made it extremely clear that she’s not dropping out of the race and that she’s in it for the long haul. She has pressed on saying that the 40% win and votes that she did get was not a small number and she’d be staying in the race for those supporters.
Nikki Haley spoke out saying that she was pushing forward to give the people another alternative to either Trump or Biden, saying, “There are huge numbers of voters in our Republican primaries who are saying they want an alternative, I’m not giving up this fight when a majority of Americans disapprove of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden.”
As she continues with a race that many believe she will not win, the Trump campaign said that Haley is “no longer living in reality”. They stated that Donald Trump would have enough delegates to win the primary. Political leaders don’t think Haley will drop out, especially with all of the donors she’s had and the money raised to support her campaign.
